Shareable Links Reporting Policy & Control

Effective Date: [TO BE INSERTED ON PUBLISHING] Last Updated: May 2, 2026 Version: 1.0

This document explains how Flikt.AI’s shareable conflict-report links work, how to report misuse, and how copyright owners may submit takedown notices. It is incorporated by reference into the Flikt.AI Terms of Service.

When a Flikt.AI customer generates a shareable link to a conflict report, Flikt.AI creates a token-based URL of the form https://app.flikt.ai/share/<token>. By design:

A Flikt.AI shareable link is a project-team distribution mechanism, not a public publication of the underlying construction documents or analysis.

2. Reporting misuse or unauthorized disclosure

If you believe a Flikt.AI shareable link violates the Flikt.AI Acceptable Use Policy, infringes your intellectual-property rights, contains your confidential information without authorization, or otherwise warrants Flikt.AI’s attention, email abuse@flikt.ai with:

Flikt.AI aims to acknowledge reports within two business days. Confirmed violations may result in link revocation, account suspension, or account termination per the Acceptable Use Policy.

3. DMCA notices

Flikt.AI complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). Copyright owners (and persons authorized to act on their behalf) may submit takedown notices to Flikt.AI’s designated agent.
