Project Coverage is billed monthly on that one project and covers every re-review while it is active, up to half again the size of the set it was priced on; your first review is bought at the listed price, and coverage takes over from the next one. Cancel when the job closes. Specs, manuals and calc packages add $25 to $250 by document page count, shown before you pay.

A desk covers everything you have open, month to month — so the number of live projects is what should decide between them, not the size of any one set. Desks are counted in pages a month, not in reviews: submit as often as you like while your monthly pages last. Going over never stops a review; the extra is priced and shown to you before it is charged. Review Desk includes document review up to 100 pages a month, Pro up to 500.

What's in the conflict report?
Coordination conflicts across your plan set: discipline clashes, missing dimensions, spec-to-plan contradictions, scope-boundary issues, and code-clearance items. Each finding includes sheet references, a severity rating, and a recommendation.
Are specifications and other documents extra?
Yes, on their own small ladder, shown before you pay: $25 up to 50 document pages, $50 to 100, $75 to 250, $125 to 500, $150 to 750, then $250 plus $0.40 a page beyond 750. Document pages are specs, design manuals and calculation packages combined; they are cross-checked against the drawings in the same review. Review Desk includes document review up to 100 pages and Review Desk Pro up to 500. Project Coverage covers the drawing re-review; document pages on a revision are billed on this ladder.
How do I know my page count?
Drawing sheets set the review price: the count is the total drawing sheets across the PDFs you upload. Specification, manual and calculation pages are counted separately and never move you up a drawing bucket. We confirm both counts at upload time, before payment.
What if my plan set falls between buckets?
Round up. A 45-page set uses the "Up to 60 pages" bucket; a 72-page set uses the "Up to 80 pages" bucket.
Can I revise my submission?
Yes. A revision is a new submission, priced from its own page count like any other, and the report separates what changed from what did not, so you are not re-reading findings you have already dealt with. If revisions will keep coming, put the project on Project Coverage after the first review — a monthly on that project that covers every re-review while the job is live, plus the revision ledger, overlays and submittal review. Your first review is bought at the listed price; coverage takes over from the next one. Cancel any time.

How should I use the report?
Reports are recommended as a supplement to professional review, not a replacement. The operating engineer or architect of record remains responsible for the final coordination decisions on the project.
How do Review Desk subscriptions work?
Email us and we'll have you live the same day — you'll get a secure checkout link, and every project you submit is reviewed under your subscription from then on. Re-reviews of revised sets count only the pages you resubmit.
Can I start per-project and subscribe later?
Yes — your existing projects come with you, and your most recent per-project purchase is credited toward your first month.
Why is there no per-seat pricing?
A review desk isn't a seat. Share every report with your whole team, your architect, and your subs — no logins required.
